For people who hold more than one job

Decide what deserves today.

Day job, clients, side business, classes. CEO Table puts every commitment on one calm, realistic plan, then shows exactly why each task earned its place.

Dump everything

Type it the way you’d text it, in English or Indonesian. CEO Table sorts every task into the job it belongs to.

02

See the reason

Every score opens into impact, urgency, weight and commitment, so you know why the client deck beats the side project, not just that it does.

03

Execute in order

One capacity-aware day across all your jobs. Overflow gets a decision, never compression.

From noise to sequence

Paste the mess. Get the order.

Your day doesn’t arrive as a tidy list per employer. It arrives as one sentence typed between a standup and a client call. CEO Table reads it, gives every task an impact, an effort and the job it belongs to (each job is a project in CEO Table), then ranks everything together. Open the score on the first task to see exactly which factors put it there.

Capacity intelligence

It knows when the math already failed.

When you hold several jobs, each one assumes it has your whole week. Most planners will happily take 47 hours of promises into a 30-hour week and stay quiet until you miss. CEO Table checks every commitment, from every job, against the hours you genuinely have, and names the ones that cannot land before you promise them.

30h capacity

your real hours, minus meetings and classes

Fits before the deadlineBeyond capacity

What it tells you

Client A audit report

ConsultingImpossible

Needs 32h before Thursday. Only 30h exist, even with every other job cleared.

Side-shop budget approval

Side businessWon't fit

Would fit on its own. Higher-priority client work takes the hours first, so it lands late.

Vendor contract review

Day jobOn track

Lands Wednesday with room to spare. Nothing to decide here.

Work is packed earliest-deadline-first, which is provably the best any order can do on a single calendar. When that order still misses a date, no order would have made it. So this is a proof, not a guess.

Counts only your real hours

Weekends you don't work are worth zero. Your working hours set the size of each day, and recurring classes and standing meetings come out before anything is planned.

Learns how you estimate

If your finished work consistently runs 1.4× your estimate, the forecast quietly uses 1.4×. No optimism required.

Tells you what to do

Delegate this one, and here's the handoff date to hit. Ask the client to move that soft deadline to the first date that fits. Drop the low-value work that closes the gap.

Why not a to-do app

Task managers list your work. They don’t know you have four bosses.

A to-do app holds every task you give it. A calendar holds every block you drag in. Neither tells you that your client deadline, your day-job sprint and your side business all want the same Thursday. CEO Table plans across all of them at once, honestly.

A list stores tasks.

CEO Table decides their order, across every job you hold.

A calendar accepts anything.

CEO Table tells you what won't fit before you promise it.

An auto-scheduler moves blocks around.

CEO Table shows you why, and lets you argue with the score.

  2. 02Hand Hermes the docsOne link. Every endpoint, field and rule is on that page, written for an agent to follow.
  3. 03Chat on TelegramTasks, meetings, spending and balances, in English or Indonesian, straight into the plan you see in the app.
Read the API docs
