This is the agreement between you and CEO Table. It covers what the service does, what it costs, what you may and may not do with it, and what happens when something goes wrong. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than in the usual fog.
1Your agreement with us
CEO Table is operated by PT Aktiva Multi Inovasi, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia (“CEO Table”, “we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and PT Aktiva Multi Inovasi. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use CEO Table.
The Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and describes what we do with your data.
If you are agreeing to this on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company, and “you” means both you and it.
2Who can use CEO Table
You must be at least 18, or older if that is the age at which you can enter a contract or consent to online services where you live, and you must be able to enter a binding agreement. Indonesian law treats anyone under 18 as a child, and CEO Table is not built for children: it is a tool for managing your own working life.
3Your account
You can sign up with an email address and a password of at least eight characters, or by signing in with Google. You must give us an email address that works and that is yours — we use it to confirm your account, to reach you about billing, and to verify who you are if you ask us to export or delete your data.
Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by someone you shared access with. One account is for one person: accounts are not meant to be shared between people or passed around a team. Tell us at ceotabledev@gmail.com as soon as you suspect someone else has got in.
API keys are credentials too. Anything holding one can act as you, within the access you gave it, for as long as it is valid. Keep keys on servers and in secret stores, never in a web page, a mobile app or a shared document, and revoke any key you no longer use or think may have leaked. You are responsible for what is done with your keys, and for the apps you choose to connect with them.
4Subscription and billing
CEO Table is a paid product. There is no free tier and no free trial — every part of the application beyond the public pages requires an active subscription.
Price
NZ$0.75 per day
NZ$15 per month
NZ$99 per year
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee; that is between you and your bank. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
Payment and renewal
Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never reach CEO Table. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price, until you cancel it.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and your access may be suspended until it succeeds. If we ever change the price, we will tell you by email before it applies to you, and you will be able to cancel before the new price is charged.
5Discount and promotion codes
We sometimes issue discount codes. A code may carry a percentage off, a fixed number of days of access, an expiry date, and a limit on how many times it can be redeemed in total. Each code can be used once per account.
A code that gives one hundred per cent off grants access directly without setting up a payment, and that access simply ends when the granted period runs out — there is nothing to cancel and nothing will be charged.
Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We can withdraw or void a code that is being shared publicly, resold, or redeemed through duplicate accounts.
6Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing section in Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not delete your data when you cancel — see the Privacy Policy if you want it removed as well.
Refunds are handled by hand. We do not automatically refund part-used periods. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, you were billed after cancelling, or the service was unusable for a meaningful stretch — email ceotabledev@gmail.com and we will sort it out. We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than argue about a month.
Nothing here removes the rights you have under consumer law, including any right to cancel a recent purchase. In Indonesia those rights come from Law 8/1999 on Consumer Protection; elsewhere, from your own law. Where they conflict with this section, they win.
7Your content stays yours
Your tasks, notes, projects, goals and plans belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.
You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it to generate your plans, and — when you use Brain Dump or Finance’s “Describe it” box — pass it to the AI provider named in the Privacy Policy so it can be turned into tasks or transactions. That permission exists for no other purpose, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
There is no public surface in CEO Table. Nothing you write is published, shared with other users, or made searchable. We do not use your content to train models of our own.
You are responsible for what you put in, including anything you record about other people. Do not store information you have no right to hold.
8Acceptable use
Do not:
use CEO Table for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store;
try to reach another user’s data, the administrative area, or any part of the system you were not given access to;
probe, scan, or interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on;
reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software, except where the law says you may;
scrape the service, or drive it through automated means at a volume it was not built for;
resell access, or share a single account across a group of people;
use the API to reach data your key was not given, or spread one integration across many keys to get around its rate limit;
use the AI features to generate unlawful material, or to push volume through them in a way that degrades the service for others.
9What the AI features are, and are not
Brain Dump reads what you wrote and guesses at the tasks inside it. It is probabilistic. It will sometimes misread a deadline, invent structure you did not intend, or miss something obvious. Check its output before you rely on it. Finance’s “Describe it” box guesses at a transaction the same way, and nothing it fills in is saved until you have checked it and pressed Save.
Finance is a record you keep, not a statement from your bank. Its balances, budgets and charts are worked out from what you record and import, and totals across currencies use published reference rates that will differ from the rates your bank or card actually gave you. Keep your bank’s own statements for anything that matters.
The same goes for the plan itself. Scoring, capacity forecasting and the weekly review are calculations based on the estimates you gave us. They are a considered suggestion about what deserves your day — not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice, and not a guarantee that the day will go that way. The decisions remain yours.
10Third-party services
CEO Table depends on services operated by other companies — hosting and database, payments, sign-in, the AI provider behind Brain Dump and Finance’s “Describe it” box, and the public service Finance fetches exchange rates from. They are named in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those parts is also subject to their own terms.
We chose them and we are accountable for that choice, but we do not control their systems and cannot be responsible for their outages, their pricing, or changes they make to their own services.
Apps you connect to CEO Table with an API key are different: you chose them, not us. We do not review or endorse them, and what they do with your data, and anything they change in your account, is between you and them.
11Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep CEO Table available and quick, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level and we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance, faults, and failures at our providers all happen.
The product will change. We may add, alter, or withdraw features. Anything described in the application as planned or coming soon — the Google Calendar integration, for example — is a statement of intent, not a commitment, and does not form part of what you are paying for. If we withdraw something significant that you are actively paying for, we will give you notice and, if you would rather not continue, a fair refund of what you have paid for the unused part of your period.
The API is versioned. We may add to a version at any time; we will not remove or change what a version does without notice, unless security or the law requires it.
12Suspension and termination
You can stop using CEO Table whenever you like, and cancel as described in section 6.
We may suspend or close your account if you materially break these terms, if your payments fail and are not fixed, or if we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or we have no legal choice, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid. After closure we keep your data for a reasonable period so you can ask for a copy, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
13Disclaimers
Except where the law does not allow us to say so, CEO Table is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will suit your particular circumstances.
Some guarantees cannot be excluded. Law 8/1999 on Consumer Protection gives consumers in Indonesia rights we are not trying to contract out of — among them the right to accurate information about what you are buying, and to compensation when what arrives is not what was described — and if you are a consumer elsewhere your own law may do the same. Nothing here attempts to exclude any of it, and where this section conflicts with those rights, they apply instead.
14Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Article 18 of Law 8/1999 voids a standard clause that shifts our own responsibility onto you; if any part of this section reads that way, that part is void and the rest of these terms stand.
Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity, or for loss of data beyond our duty to take reasonable care of it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
CEO Table helps you decide what to work on. It does not do the work, and it is not responsible for the outcome of a decision you made with its help.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will email you before it takes effect, and continuing to use CEO Table after that is how you accept it. If you would rather not, cancel — and if the change lands mid-period, tell us and we will refund the unused part.
Article 18 of Law 8/1999 does not let us bind you to a rule we wrote after you signed up and never told you about. So a change reaches you only after notice, and only from the date that notice gives: it never applies backwards, and we will not treat silence you had no chance to break as agreement.
16Language of this agreement
These terms are published in English. Article 31 of Law 24/2009 requires an agreement involving an Indonesian party to be made in Indonesian as well, and an Indonesian-language version is being prepared to meet that. Until it is published the English text is the only version there is, and the gap is ours rather than yours: if a clause here is unclear to you, email ceotabledev@gmail.com and we will explain it in Indonesian.
Which of the two prevails if they ever disagree is [not yet decided], and until that is settled, read the English text as the operative one.
17Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. A dispute may be brought before Pengadilan Negeri Bogor, the District Court with jurisdiction over our domicile. That jurisdiction is non-exclusive on purpose: if you are a consumer, it does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or of your right to bring a claim in your own courts.
Before anyone goes near a court, email us. Almost everything is fixable in one message. If that does not settle it and you are a consumer in Indonesia, Law 8/1999 also lets you take the dispute to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen) rather than to court, which is cheaper and faster than litigation.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
